What data I collect

This website stores no data. The audit form only prepares a message that you send yourself via WhatsApp or your email. I receive whatever you choose to send: name, contact details, property location and features, income and goals.

What I use it for

• Answering your request and preparing the audit or proposal (basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, and consent).
• Performing the services contract, if you sign one.
• Meeting legal obligations, including tax.

Who I share it with

Only providers needed for the service (for example a partner accountant for the tax review, with your agreement) and authorities where the law requires it. WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider process messages under their own policies. I never sell data.

How long I keep it

Requests that don't lead to a contract: up to 24 months after last contact. Client data: for the contract term plus the legal retention period for tax records (10 years).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to realestate@pedrocorreia.org. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
